SPRING LIGHT | TOLLMAN’S
SPRING LIGHT, a candles light lamp ordered by Tollman's a representative chain store for the world's top design houses. Initially I had few materials in mind, but wasn't sure how to apply them together: Exploring concrete production technologies unveiled new possibilities , yet working with a master goldsmith helped me perfect the shape and combination of ingredients into a single piece. While casting the inner part of the goblets in gold, I realized the result is a shining element that creates the illusion as if the light lamp is lit up by itself. SPRING LIGHT's harmonic shape enables the nonconventional combination of precious metal and concrete in a single piece. SPRING LIGHT is currently hand-made by master craftsmen in limited edition only.
